Some of our items are individually personalised and will be created exactly as you have specified. Please ensure that all spellings are correct and that all punctuation marks and spacing are shown exactly as you would like them to appear on your finished item. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase so it is vital that these steps are undertaken with the utmost care and precision.
Payment and shipping policy
Full payment is required for all orders at the time the order is placed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of receipt.
All orders will be shipped to addresses within the UK by first class post at no additional cost. Plane Characters Limited is happy to ship to overseas locations. Please contact us for up to date shipping costs. A signature for receipt may be required for overseas deliveries so please ensure that someone will be available at the address.
We accept all major debit and credit cards for personalised orders via www.planecharacters.com where we use a secure server operated by Sage pay.
Returns, refunds and complaints policy
Plane Characters Limited are proud of their reputation. We always try our hardest to provide the very best service and the highest quality products to our customers. We strive to ensure that our customers are happy with the products supplied.
If you have a complaint about the goods supplied it must be made within seven days of delivery of the order by contacting us at the e-mail/telephone numbers shown on www.planecharacters.com
All orders are bespoke and are sent to print immediately after they have been accepted through our website. Consequently, we are unable to refund any orders unless they contain production errors. If we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we will promptly replace the items supplied to you or you may choose to receive a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All faulty/damaged goods should be returned to us at the address below.
In the event that a refund is required, this will be returned to the debit or credit card used to complete the original transaction.
Loss and damage (in transit) / faulty goods
Plane Characters Limited will investigate situations where goods have been damaged in transit. We may offer a full refund for goods that we find have been damaged in transit or are faulty. Please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem and we will investigate it.
Events beyond our control (force majeure)
Plane Characters Limited will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
